Business Voice Albania (Zëri i Biznesit) is an independent nonprofit initiative focused on empowering and protecting small and medium businesses across Albania.

Our goal is to create a transparent and supportive environment where entrepreneurs can access clear information, understand their rights, and speak up about challenges they face when dealing with institutions.

We believe that many businesses encounter unnecessary barriers such as delays, pressure, or lack of clarity in procedures. Too often, these experiences remain unheard.

Through our platform, we aim to:

• Promote transparency and accountability
